In this role, you will sort and separate electronic materials and components into designated commodity categories while supporting production goals, maintaining accurate inventory, and upholding a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort materials by separating them into commodities such as hard drives, power supplies, mixed drives, and various circuit boards Identify leftover material as consumer waste and prepare it for stacking Assist with properly receiving material within assigned areas Help monitor inventory of necessary tools and supplies such as boxes and hammers Assist with end of month inventory counts Keep work area clean by sweeping 10 minutes before breaks and at the end of each shift Wear all required PPE and notify EH&S of any safety concerns, violations, or equipment needs Work to ensure maximum production accuracy and efficiency to meet production goals Support Loss Prevention by maintaining security measures within assigned areas related to sensitive information and theft Complete assigned compliance-based checklists and report issues to adhere to all certification standards Report efficiency improvement ideas to facility leadership Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and ERI standards at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years of relevant warehouse or production experience preferred Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform bending, stooping, walking, and overhead reaching Ability to push, pull, squat, twist, and turn without adverse physical injury Ability to meet production goals and work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic
