Nivelle.nyc is a boutique jewelry wholesale company based in Carle Place, NY. We're growing, and we need a sharp, reliable right-hand person who can keep things running and relationships thriving — someone who's serious about their work but makes the office a great place to be. Client Outreach & Lead Follow-Up:
From day one, your most important job is staying connected with our clients. That means proactively picking up the phone, checking in on leads, following up on orders, and making sure every client feels like a priority. You're warm, personable, and genuinely enjoy building relationships — and it shows. Reach out to existing clients and warm leads by phone and email to check on needs and maintain relationships Follow up on outstanding orders, quotes, and inquiries — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch Keep a clear, organized log of client interactions and next steps Be the kind of contact that clients are happy to hear from
What Else You'll Do:
Oversee end-to-end jewelry production — from incoming materials to finished outgoing products Manage inventory of parts, materials, and components with precision Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs at our Manhattan offices (train travel to NYC required 2-3x per week) Communicate directly with factory workers and suppliers Ensure quality control throughout the production process Track production timelines and hold deadlines firm Keep the office organized and running smoothly when the owner is out
Who You Are:
You're focused and take your work seriously — but you're also warm, upbeat, and genuinely enjoyable to be around You love talking to people — phone calls don't intimidate you, they energize you You're proactive: you see what needs to be done and do it, without waiting to be told You're a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes pride in ownership You bring positive energy — the kind that lifts the team, not drains it You're in it for the long haul — stability and loyalty matter to you You have 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, production, or operations role (jewelry industry a strong plus, but not required) You're highly organized, detail-obsessed, and great at juggling priorities You communicate clearly and professionally — whether on the phone, over email, or in person
Schedule:
Flexible weekday hours between 10AM - 6PM (25-35 hrs/week to start; open to full-time for the right candidate). Exact hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on mutual agreement.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Hands-on experience with fine jewelry, diamond assortment, or small-parts counting Familiarity with gemstones and precious metals Social media management or product photography skills
