Job Description

This is not a job for everyone. If you're looking for a place where you can simply collect a paycheck and count down the hours, we're probably not the right fit. But if you believe your work should mean something... keep reading. At Ginger Blue Decor, we manufacture handcrafted picture frames and home décor that become part of people's lives. Every frame we build will eventually hold a wedding photo, a family memory, a child's artwork, a military tribute, or a piece of art that someone has been excited to display. What we make becomes part of someone's story. Who We Are Our company is built on three simple beliefs: We choose hard work because excellence is built, not given. Great products don't happen by accident. They come from people who take pride in showing up, doing things the right way, and giving their best every day. We build with purpose because everything we make becomes part of someone's story. Every order represents a customer who trusted us with something meaningful. We never lose sight of that responsibility. We persevere because challenges are opportunities to improve. Problems are part of manufacturing. Instead of giving up, we solve them, learn from them, and continue getting better as individuals and as a team. What You'll Do You'll work alongside people who genuinely care about craftsmanship and quality.
Your day may include:
Building and assembling wood picture frames Sanding, painting, staining, and finishing products Operating woodworking and production equipment Inspecting products for quality Packaging finished orders with care Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe You'll Thrive Here If... You believe every detail matters. You're willing to learn new skills and improve every day. You enjoy being part of a team that works toward a common goal. This May Not Be the Right Fit If... You prefer doing the bare minimum. You cant get to work on time. You have all kind f excuses about why you cant work 8-5 M-F You're uncomfortable with accountability.
