Role Overview A detail-oriented Production Assistant for our 2026 operations. This position ensures the accuracy Of our records by aligning physical materials with our digital data. This is a consistent, part time role ideal for someone who excels at accuracy and enjoys a balance of administrative and physical floor work. Key responsibilities Data entry and logging ; use company software to accurately update stock levels, document material transfers, and record daily usage in real time. Material verification ; audit incoming shipments against digital purchase orders to ensure every item is accounted for and correctly logged into the system. Cycle counting; perform regular physical counts of specific inventory categories to maintain 100% record accuracy. Discrepancy reporting ; identify and investigate differences between physical counts and software records; report findings to the supervisor. Shortage alerts ; monitor stock thresholds within the software and provide updates to the team to prevent production delays. Work environment and physical requirements stationary and mobile tasks ; Ability to alternate between sitting at a workstation for data entry and standing or walking the facility floor for audits. Physical requirements; ability to perform frequent reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs to verify shipments and access inventory. Mobility ; ability to stand for extended periods while performing physical inventory counts. Needed skills Basic math skills ; Must have the ability to perform accurate addition subtraction multiplication and division for inventory counting and verification. Software literacy ; comfortable learning and navigating internal company software and using handheld digital tools. Numerical accuracy; High attention to detail when auditing and tracking complex material codes. Reliability ; A commitment to a consistent 25 hour weekly schedule and on time arrival. Communication ; Ability to clearly report findings and systems discrepancies to the management team.
