Job Description

Lead Manufacturing Trainer responsible for training production employees in soldering, molding, safety, quality, and established manufacturing procedures. Job Requirements Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Hands-on soldering experience. Experience with molding processes. Experience training employees on manufacturing or production procedures. Experience supporting production workflow and troubleshooting. Knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality requirements. Preferred Skills Experience developing or delivering hands-on production training. Experience with soldering process instruction. Experience with molding process instruction. Experience monitoring employee qualification and training progress. Experience supporting production issue resolution. Experience maintaining training documentation and process records. Job Responsibilities Train new and existing employees on production processes and procedures. Provide hands-on instruction for soldering and molding operations. Demonstrate proper use of production tools and equipment. Ensure training aligns with established safety and quality standards. Monitor employee progress and verify completion of required training. Support troubleshooting of production issues. Assist with maintaining production workflow. Reinforce established work instructions and process requirements. Maintain training records and related production documentation. Support implementation of updated manufacturing procedures and training requirements.
Pay:
