Previous experience required (varies depending on department). Able to lift 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail. Job Duties Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing plans, work instructions, travelers, and routers to complete production tasks accurately. Assemble, manufacture, paint, and inspect components and finished products according to specifications and production schedules. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, scales, and other precision tools. Operate production equipment including manual and programmable presses, CNC machines, ovens, autoclaves, and related manufacturing systems. Obtain, track, and document materials throughout the manufacturing process while maintaining accurate production and quality records. Prepare molds, tools, and hardware for production, including cleaning, releasing, assembly, disassembly, vacuum bagging, and de-molding operations. Utilize pneumatic and hand tools including grinders, sanders, drills, files, and paint spray equipment to complete manufacturing processes. Monitor production processes, verify product conformance, generate inspection documentation, and support nonconformance reporting when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 6S practices, routine equipment upkeep, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while working independently to meet production goals, deadlines, and customer requirements.
