DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Schedule:
Sunday-Wednesday 9:00 PM-6:30 AM, Thursday 9:00pm-1:00am.
Starting Pay:
$16.25/hour, including a $1.25/hour 3rd-shift differential
Weekly Attendance Bonus:
$60 when you work your scheduled shifts exactly as assigned. We are seeking a dependable Production Line Associate to join our 3rd-shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will work on the production line performing a variety of duties to keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule Key Responsibilities Inspect labeling to ensure the label is accurate and contains proper dates and product types. Notify Line Lead, Production Supervisor, or Plant Management of any mechanical or material issues. Rotate to various positions along the line as needed or instructed by Line Lead, Supervisor or Plant Management. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Attend training, and demonstrate retention of that training, for the safe and clean operation of machinery in the assigned department or on the assigned line. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations. Support all safety, quality and sanitation initiatives and policies. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Certifications:
No certifications required. Skills & Abilities Successful candidates should be able to: Safely and efficiently operate industrial equipment. Use hands and fingers effectively to manipulate and move materials. Work effectively as part of a team. Follow instructions and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and thoroughness. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Physical Requirements This position involves the typical physical demands of a production environment, including frequent standing and walking. Employees may occasionally be required to move items weighing less than 30 pounds or team lift up to 75lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed indoors in a manufacturing facility near heavy and potentially hazardous machinery. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) includes hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and other protective equipment as necessary. We are an equal opportunity employer.
