Our manufacturing facility in Holland, Ohio is expanding, and we're seeking dependable individuals to join our production team. In this role, you'll be involved in a variety of manufacturing processes, working alongside an experienced team to help produce high-quality windows. This position offers the opportunity to cross-train in multiple departments while developing valuable manufacturing skills. Responsibilities Complete production and assembly assignments in accordance with daily manufacturing schedules. Work in different production areas as needed to support workflow. Safely operate hand tools and manufacturing equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout each shift. Qualifications Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds. Comfortable remaining on your feet and performing physical tasks during the workday. Familiarity with basic hand tools. Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production setting is beneficial.
