Plastics Production Associate -

All Shifts Pay Range:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Urgently Hiring Position Overview We are seeking motivated Plastics Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent routines, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic molding and production equipment Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Perform basic machine adjustments and maintain a clean work area Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment Follow all safety guidelines and support overall production flow Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable working any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance Willingness to learn and grow within the production environment Benefits Weekly pay Stable, long-term opportunities Skill development and advancement potential #nowhiring #nowhring
