Job Description
- Production Associate & Machine Operator Positions Available - 1st or 2nd Shift - Pay up to $22/hr
Job Description:
- The Production Associate oversees a fast-paced production line manufacturing various fasteners for automotive customers. This role performs quality checks, supports material handling, and assists with machine operation to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate production and shipment of finished goods.
Shift Details:
- + 1st Shift - 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. + 2nd Shift - 3:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- + Oversee the production line that produces various fasteners for multiple automotive customers.
Essential Skills:
- + High School Diploma or
GED. + 1-2
years of previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. + Previous material handling experience is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. + General labor and general production experience. + Experience operating manufacturing machines or running a production line. + Attention to detail with a focus on quality checks and inspection. + Basic machine operation and machine operating skills. + Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively. + Troubleshooting skills for minor production and equipment issues. + Packaging, packing, and assembly experience. + Forklift experience is beneficial. + Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- + Experience with RF scanners for tracking inventory.
