• Opportunities for advancement Position Summary As a Pad Cutter / Production Associate, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently by loading materials, packaging finished products, maintaining a clean work area, and working with your team to produce high-quality products. Essential Duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Remove scrap materials.
• Load fiber materials onto conveyors.
• Prepare cartons, pallets and packaging materials.
• Package finished products.
• Stack completed cartons on pallets.
• Inspect product quality.
• Communicate material needs to supervisor.
• Assist other production lines.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Meet production goals.
• Maintain dependable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; follow instructions; basic math; teamwork.

Preferred:

High school diploma/GED, manufacturing experience, familiarity with weights and measures, forklift experience. Physical Requirements Stand for 10-hour shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements. Benefits
