- Opportunities for advancement Position Summary As a Pad Cutter / Production Associate, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently by loading materials, packaging finished products, maintaining a clean work area, and working with your team to produce high-quality products. Essential Duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Remove scrap materials.
- Load fiber materials onto conveyors.
- Prepare cartons, pallets and packaging materials.
- Package finished products.
- Stack completed cartons on pallets.
- Inspect product quality.
- Communicate material needs to supervisor.
- Assist other production lines.
- Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Meet production goals.
- Maintain dependable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; follow instructions; basic math; teamwork.Preferred:
High school diploma/GED, manufacturing experience, familiarity with weights and measures, forklift experience. Physical Requirements Stand for 10-hour shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements. Benefits- Starting pay from $16.00/hour plus production incentives
