Job Description

Job Summary:
The Production Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards. This role acts as the primary point of contact for the production team—providing direction, training, and support to achieve production goals.

Sign On Bonus Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise production team members to meet daily production and quality targets. Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workflow for maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards. Identify and report production or equipment issues, coordinating with maintenance and management as needed. Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics. Train, coach, and mentor team members on proper procedures and safety practices. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required; experience in metal fabrication or stamping preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
