Overview Elyon is a rapidly growing cabinet manufacture in Mansfield, Ohio. With a dynamic leadership team and an amazing product we are experiencing rapid growth and need additional team members to support our growing customer base and our new manufacturing facility. We are seeking a dedicated production operators to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the efficient operation of our cabinet production by running machines, creating parts, and assembling cabinets and ensuring the safe and timely movement and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong machining experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with cabinetry. This position plays a vital part in maintaining smooth manufacturing, finishing, and shipping processes, contributing to overall operational excellence. Duties Operate equipment including, miter/ table/ cnc saws, edge-banders, sanders, moulders, shapers, and various hand tools. Manage materials handling tasks, including stacking, sorting, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. Perform order picking while ensuring accurate fulfillment of customer orders Conduct proper heavy lifting tasks regularly while following OSHA guidelines for safety Assist in preparing orders for finish department. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Participate in regular safety training sessions focused on OSHA regulations and mechanical knowledge enhancement Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve overall warehouse operations Other duties as assigned.
