PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the area. We are hiring for a
Production Operator III Pay Rate:
$20.90 (3rd Shift)
Shift:
9:30p-6am; Worker will train on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) for 90-100 days
Position:
TESTER/SOLDERING
Production Operator Tester solder assembler job duties: Assemble, solder, and test relays and contractors to meet quality and production standards. Perform electrical and operational testing, including voltage, dielectric and insulation resistance testing. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, test specifications and work instructions. Use measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering equipment and testing devices to verify product quality. Troubleshoot, repair and retest products while supporting team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Must be eligible to work under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics accurately. Proficient in the safe and correct use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering Iron and power tools.
Soldering Certification:
Completed ESD training per OP 1707, Solder certification per OP 1701, Testing certification per OP 1704, J-STD-001 and IPC-620. If an individual is not certified as a tester but is awarded the bid because there are no other fully qualified bidders, they must pass the tester certification class on their first attempt. Failure to pass the tester certification class on the first attempt will result in disqualification. Why PROMAN Staffing?
