One opportunity is with an aerospace manufacturing company that specializes in creating wax patterns and molds used to produce components for the aerospace industry. The other is with a custom apparel manufacturing company that creates t-shirts featuring custom logos, graphics, and designs. These are excellent opportunities for individuals looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. Little to no previous experience is required, and training will be provided. Aerospace Manufacturing Responsibilities Assist with the production of wax patterns and molds for aerospace components Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Use basic hand tools and manufacturing equipment after training Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety and quality standards Work as part of a team to meet production goals Custom Apparel Manufacturing Responsibilities Assist with the production of custom t-shirts and apparel Help prepare and apply logos, graphics, and designs onto garments Operate production equipment after training Inspect finished products to ensure designs meet quality standards Prepare completed orders for packaging and shipment Follow production instructions and customer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work with the team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Little to no manufacturing experience required Clean background required Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team English-speaking or bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Pay Aerospace :

$18-$20 per hour to start

Custom Apparel Manufacturing:
