Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through assembly, equipment handling, quality checks, and process adherence. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with factory environments, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Operate and manage various manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials. Interpret technical drawings and production documents to accurately assemble components according to specifications. Utilize measuring instruments and hand tools to perform precise measurements and mechanical assembly tasks. Conduct manual handling of heavy or bulky materials following safety protocols to prevent injuries. Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting lean manufacturing practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility, adhering to safety standards at all times. Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material storage, and order fulfillment. Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of personal protective equipment and machinery. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks and contribute to managing production workflows. Document production activities accurately, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures. Experience Prior factory experience or manufacturing facility background is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with forklift operation and warehouse management is advantageous. Familiarity with measuring instruments, technical drawings, and interpreting production documentation. Practical knowledge of mechanical assembly, hand tools, power tools, and manual handling techniques. Experience working within lean manufacturing environments or participating in process improvement projects. Understanding of safety standards in production settings and adherence to safety protocols. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus.
