$21.73/hour | Weekly Pay! Inova Staffing is hiring a Production Line Associate for one of our absolute favorite clients in Mentor! This is a hands-on role working right alongside the mixing team — helping prep and package the finished product that gets shipped out to customers. The work is steady, the environment is great, and the team is even better.

What You'll Be Doing:

Set empty 55-gallon barrels onto skids and prep them for fillingUse adjustable fill arms to safely and accurately fill each barrelCap, label, and move finished barrels to the staging area for shippingRead work orders and production sheets to ensure proper product flowMaintain a clean, safe work area and assist teammates as neededOperate a tow motor (preferred but not required) for material movementBe detail-focused, safety-conscious, and team-oriented

What We're Looking For:

Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experienceComfortable with lifting, standing, and working in a fast-paced environmentAble to follow written instructions and communicate with the teamAttention to detail — especially with labeling and product trackingTow motor or forklift experience preferredMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkHow to
