If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable reading a blueprint, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you — no manufacturing experience required! What You'll Do Perform hands-on production tasks following blueprints and work instructions on 2nd shift Read and follow blueprints and work instructions to produce parts correctly Perform basic quality checks using hand measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, gauges, micrometers) What You Bring A mechanically inclined, hands-on, problem-solving mindset Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions Comfort using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) Reliable attendance and availability to work 2nd shift Strong math skills Ability to lift 25 lbs Nice to Have Prior manufacturing or production experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience with hand tools or precision measuring equipment Willingness to learn machine operation on the job Apply today — bring your work ethic, we'll teach you the rest!
