Candidates must have previous machine operator experience. Position Summary The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assisting machine operators, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Products are made from soft polyester nonwoven material used in insulation applications. Key Responsibilities- Operate and support production equipment and machinery.
- Assist with machine setup, material handling, and production processes.
- Inspect products for quality and package finished goods according to specifications.
- Read and follow work orders, instructions, and safety procedures.
- Label, stack, and move materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support team production goals and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Machine operator experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math.
- Ability to use a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to work around moving machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe footwear and required PPE.
