•1:30 am; 40 hours Responsibilities Perform advanced production processes in either Axial or ISO/TVP, working more independently to meet production goals. Set up and operate Axial or ISO/TVP machinery, ensuring parts are within tolerance using a micrometer. Achieve 80% of the production rate and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain housekeeping standards and follow autonomous maintenance practices. Use Epicor system proficiently for production tracking and reporting. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and cleanliness compliance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of manufacturing experience. Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers). Ability to read and interpret part prints. Basic troubleshooting skills. Action-oriented, independent, and able to work at a quick pace with a sense of urgency. Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Collaborative team player who supports colleagues effectively. Upholds organizational values, integrity, and a proactive attitude. Capable of work in a clean, well-lit production environment, standing and manual dexterity required. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and understand verbal instructions.
