The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their designated product line or area of the production process. The Team Leader is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and corporate goals for their designated area.Essential Functions :
Directs and provides leadership within their designated area in order to meet corporate on-time and quality goals. Cross-trains and improves the skills of the operators within their designated area to ensure continuous flow and improve overall performance. Distributes production work orders to operators to meet the schedule Observes and recommends opportunities for improvement Ensure all safety policies are adhered to Contribution to team effort to accomplish Company objectives and improve Company profits. Monitor run rates, maintain matrixOther Accountabilities :
