Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating converting equipment while adhering to safety, productivity, and efficiency targets. The role involves continuous process improvement, quality control, and teamwork. Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and pride in workmanship are essential to succeed in this role.Hours:
Monday through Friday, 10pm-6:30amPay Rate:

Contract (60 day minimum)Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate all converting equipment (CNC, Welder, Press, Printer). Control and adjust machine settings and parameters, including speed, job selection, and temperature, to meet production requirements. Load and unload parts to/from semi-automated equipment and machinery. Perform manual assignments such as applying labels and placards, trimming sheets, applying Velcro, and various assembly tasks. Maintain and adhere to all established quality standards and procedures. Read, interpret, and apply work instructions and technical drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production. Receive and follow verbal instructions with minimal follow-up or reinforcement required. Report any maintenance needs and support preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. Document and report daily production results using provided systems and software. Participate in ongoing process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in mechanical processing of plastic materials, such as die cutting, slitting, extrusion, or compounding. Knowledge and experience in handling automated processing or general manufacturing systems. Proven experience working successfully within a team environment. High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to work with both English and Metric units of measurement. Leadership experience isREQUIRED
