Job Description

Job Overview Manpower is seeking detail-oriented Sewing Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Camden, TN area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with sewing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards. If you have experience operating industrial sewing equipment or performing sewing-related tasks, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule Monday•

Thursday:

7:00 AM•4:30

PM Friday:

7:00 AM•11:00 AM Overtime may be required based on production needs. Pay $13.50•15.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble products. Perform sewing, repairs, and alterations as assigned. Inspect materials and finished products to identify quality defects. Pack and prepare completed products for shipment. Maintain production and quality standards throughout the workday. Troubleshoot basic sewing machine issues and notify maintenance when repairs are needed. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous sewing or industrial sewing experience preferred. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds . Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
