Job Description

Wood Personnel is in partnership with a warehouse located in Hartsville, TN, which is currently hiring for Manufacturing Associates. These are true temp-to-hire opportunities with a company that you can easily work and grow with.

Manufacturing Associate Pay and Hours:

2nd Shift Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10pm$18.36/hr. Benefits Offered by

Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble, inspect, and package metal components and finished productsOperate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials from workstations and production linesPerform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specificationsIdentify and report defects or production concerns to supervisorsStack, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety proceduresAssist with basic machine operation within the warehouse Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standardsWear required PPE and follow all company safety policies
