Full-Time | Permanent Compulogic Design Co. is seeking a motivated and dependable Production & Delivery Operator to join our team. This position combines hands-on manufacturing work with local deliveries to customers using a company-provided vehicle. Job Responsibilities Operate general manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with a variety of production and manufacturing tasks. Make local deliveries to customers using a company-provided vehicle. Load and unload materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company procedures and quality standards. Learn to operate additional manufacturing equipment as training is provided. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders safely. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Experience Previous manufacturing experience is not required . We provide all necessary training and offer opportunities to learn additional equipment and develop new skills. Compensation Pay is competitive and will be based on experience.
