Bilingual Entry-Level Manufacturing Lead Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Manufacturing Lead to support daily production operations and help ensure the team meets safety, quality, and productivity goals. This is an entry-level leadership opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

Assist with coordinating and overseeing daily production activities. Provide direction and support to production employees. Communicate work instructions and company expectations in both English and Spanish. Help train and onboard new employees. Monitor production, quality, and safety standards. Assist with troubleshooting production issues and escalating concerns to management. Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Track production output and complete required documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support management with other production-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively with a team. Basic computer and documentation skills. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
