POSITION SUMMARY
The Strut Module Lead is responsible for leading employees in the strut module production area while working alongside the crew. This position is responsible for meeting daily production goals, ensuring Unistrut modules are assembled according to production requirements, following established quality procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and work alongside employees in the strut module production area. Assign daily work and organize employees to meet production requirements. Assemble Unistrut modules according to drawings, work instructions, and production requirements. Verify dimensions, connections, and completed modules for accuracy. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to keep work on schedule. Follow established quality procedures and correct problems when identified. Monitor material usage and help minimize waste. Train and assist employees with proper assembly procedures and equipment operation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate production issues, material shortages, or delays to the Production Manager. Coordinate completed modules with the Wrap Lead for preparation for shipment. Follow all EZARC safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience preferred. Ability to read measurements and follow drawings or work instructions. Basic understanding of assembly and hand tools. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead employees while working hands-on. Dependable and detail-oriented. Must follow EZARC safety and quality procedures.
