Monday to Friday (
Morning Shifts:
5 am - 2 pm (2 openings) /
Evening Shifts:
4 pm - 12 am (1 opening) Overview Tall Hat Foods is hiring a Production Team Member to support our food manufacturing operations. This role includes operating equipment, maintaining production flow, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment Assist with setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance Follow production schedules and instructions Identify and report equipment issues Maintain cleanliness and safety standards Work effectively with team members Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Basic mechanical aptitude Good communication skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Preferred:
1+ year in manufacturing Experience with Food Production Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs Stand for extended periods Climb ladders as needed Work Environment Food production facility Exposure to machinery, noise, and food allergens (milk, peanuts, coconut) Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance On-the-job training Work Location In person (Lindon, UT)
