Duties & Responsibilities Perform production, packaging, assembly, or material-handling tasks according to established procedures. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation requirements, and workplace safety procedures throughout each shift. Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Operate production equipment and tools as trained and authorized. Prepare, label, package, and move finished products according to production specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area to support GMP compliance. Complete production documentation accurately and report quality or equipment concerns to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
Qualifications & Requirements Required:
Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and detailed work instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screening, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Preferred:
Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food/nutraceutical manufacturing experience. Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated production environment. Experience with quality inspections, packaging, labeling, or production equipment. Flexibility to work available shifts as business needs require.
