General Laborer (Will Train) Darien, WI Full Job Description A growing manufacturing company in the Darien, WI area is hiring General Laborers to support multiple departments throughout the facility. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are interested in a stable, full-time opportunity with room for growth. Employees may work in a variety of production areas, including assembly, finishing, packaging, tank washing, and machine operation. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Shift Options 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Overtime opportunities are available based on customer demand. Friday and Saturday hours may be available or required during peak production periods. Responsibilities Read and follow customer routers, work orders, and production instructions Use hand and power tools, including grinders, to prepare products for assembly and shipment Assemble and prepare tank components before and after paint operations Package finished products on pallets according to router specifications Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements Assist with finishing, tank washing, machine operation, and other production duties as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications Ability to read and follow written instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Why Apply?
