Little Alchemist LLC Production Associate Deer Park, WI — In Person | Full-time, up to 40 hours/week Job Overview Little Alchemist LLC is a noodle production company hiring a dedicated, reliable Production Associate to join our team. You'll support daily noodle production operations, help maintain quality and food-safety standards, and keep our workspace clean and safe. No experience required — we provide full training. Duties Assist with noodle production, packaging, and processing according to established procedures Operate basic machinery and equipment, following safety guidelines Monitor product quality throughout production and report issues or discrepancies Perform end-of-day cleaning to keep the workspace safe and organized Lift and move loads regularly, including team-lifting for anything over 50 lbs Follow all safety protocols at all times Work with the team to hit daily production goals What We're Looking For No prior manufacturing experience needed — training provided Able to perform physically demanding work, including regular lifting Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, positive attitude, willing to learn Works well in a team and follows instructions accurately
