Job Description Press Color, Inc. is looking for a reliable, motivated Production Assistant / General Laborer to join our team in Menasha, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on production position with the opportunity to learn valuable skills, including ink mixing, blending, milling, and machine operation. Previous experience in these areas is not required—we are willing to train the right person. We offer a relaxed, team-oriented work environment and are looking for someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery Learn and assist with ink mixing, blending, and milling Prepare materials for production Assist with general production and warehouse duties Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety and quality procedures Perform other production duties as needed Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Ability to lift approximately 40-50 lbs. Ability to stand and remain active throughout the work shift Ability to follow instructions and work independently Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
