Position Summary Wiman Corporation is looking for experienced, reliable and safety-focused Production Operators with a background in blown film manufacturing . Pay will be based on previous blown film experience, equipment knowledge, skills, and qualifications. The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating film-line and downstream equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, completing production paperwork, and assisting the leads with directing and training production employees. Responsibilities Safely operate film-line, downstream and monitor blown film production equipment. Set up and adjust equipment to maintain production standards. Monitor film quality, thickness, and appearance. Make adjustments to equipment and process settings as needed. Follow production orders, work instructions, and SOPs. Perform quality checks throughout the production process. Identify and report equipment or production issues. Assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all safety, GMP, and SQF requirements. Complete required production and quality documentation. Work with the production team to meet quality and production goals. Qualifications 1+ year of blown film experience strongly preferred . Manufacturing or production experience. Experience operating manufacturing equipment. Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for the majority of the workday. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to bend, kneel, push, and pull. Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Pay & Shift Information Base Pay:

$21.00-$30.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.

+$1.25/hour 3rd

Shift:

+$1.40/hour 2nd and 3rd shifts are currently available.

Pay:

$21.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
