Wausau, WI What You'll Do Use hand grinders to smooth welds and remove tabs from metal parts Grind and finish steel components to meet quality specifications Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications ✔ Previous grinding or metal fabrication experience preferred ✔ Experience using hand grinders and other power tools ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic ✔ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
