The Compensation Picture:
$20-21/hr +$3.00/hr second shift premium Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Company-sponsored Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability; you pay no weekly premium for these Health insurance, dental insurance,

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5am-5pm Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours Any hours beyond 36 are paid at overtime rates 4 days off
What You'll Do:
Support senior manufacturing personnel across laser/denest, assembly, machining, brake press, and welding Denest sheet metal parts from laser-cut sheets and validate parts before skids leave the work center Inspect and measure parts using calipers, tape measures, and related tools to ensure quality standards are met Operate overhead cranes and basic hand and air tools safely Follow all safety policies, standard work instructions, and audit procedures Report machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervision promptly Maintain a clean, organized workspace
What We're Looking For:
6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and blueprints — proficiency not required on day one, but must be willing to learn Comfortable with basic measuring tools and math Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly WeldFab Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer.
