- 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

The Assembly Lead is a working leader responsible for performing all essential duties of an Assembly team member while providing day-to-day leadership and support to the second shift team. This position helps coordinate workflow, prioritize production, train employees, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Perform all duties of an Assembly team member.
- Lead by example in safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork.
- Assist with assigning work and directing employees based on production priorities.
- Serve as the primary resource for employees by answering questions and providing guidance throughout the shift.
- Receive employee call-ins and communicate attendance information to the supervisor.
- Train and cross-train employees on department processes and equipment.
- Monitor workflow and proactively address production issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and meets quality standards.
- Communicate production concerns, material shortages, equipment issues, and employee concerns to the Assembly Supervisor.
- Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to train and mentor others.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in all Tier 3 Assembly competencies.

- 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday
