Immediate Opening Starting Pay:

$16-18 per Hour PBR Printing is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our production team. This position involves operating digital printing equipment and completing bindery and finishing work. Experience in digital printing or bindery work is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to learn. This position offers the possibility of advancement into a Production Manager role for the right person who demonstrates leadership, dependability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage production responsibilities. Responsibilities Operate digital printing and production equipment Cut, fold, staple, bind, laminate, and package printed materials Inspect completed jobs for quality and accuracy Follow job tickets and production instructions Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Help meet production schedules and customer deadlines Lift and move paper, boxes, and printed materials as needed Assist with other print-shop duties when necessary Learn production scheduling, workflow coordination, and equipment oversight Take on additional leadership responsibilities as experience and ability grow Qualifications Digital printing or bindery experience is preferred but not required Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to learn new equipment and processes Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine lifting Leadership or supervisory experience is helpful but not required Interested in growing into a Production Manager position Schedule and Pay Full-time position Day shift Monday through Friday Starting pay of $16-18 per hour Immediate opening We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to become a valuable part of an established printing company, and is interested in taking on greater production and leadership responsibilities over time.
