Job Description
As a Quality Control Analyst II, you will provide Quality Control support for Solstice Geismar Quality Department while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production. You will participate in all activities involving quality assurance, control, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Supports product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Participates in audits Analyze and maintain data Update and report metrics Support process improvements Drive corrective actions Perform audits Handles data maintenance Revises specifications and procedures Process and compliance support Assist with quality training programs Manages Central Laboratory documents (COA/COC, certification reports, maintenance records, forms, calibration records, product records (internal and external) etc.) Creates customer certificates of analysis/compliance LIMS Superuser Management of Change (Laboratory) coordinator Site Document Control Administrator backup Procedure reviews Support all quality compliance and customer audits Supports all analytical (laboratory) projects Reports Laboratory KPIs Other duties as required to support the site About Solstice Advanced Materials Solstice Advanced Materials is a leading global specialty materials company that advances science for smarter outcomes. 16949, and cGMP compliance experience High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of twelve (12) hours of college chemistry and one year laboratory experience, preferably in a chemical plant environment OR five plus years laboratory experience, preferably in a chemical plant environment is required is required. Ability to lift 25 pounds is required. US Person. Must be able to obtain a TWIC cardWE VALUE B.S.
in Chemistry or related technical discipline preferred. 3+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in a chemical plant environment. Strong statistical (Minitab, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) Initiative-taking/action-oriented Ability to train and motivate others Excellent leadership/team building skills Good technical writing ability Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal/written communication skillsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,658k - $105,822k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
