In this role, you'll help ensure products, materials, and documentation meet established standards while supporting a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. If you enjoy hands-on inspection work, staying organized, and helping teams maintain high quality across the board, this could be a great fit. Core Responsibilities Inspect materials, components, labels, kits, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and work instructions Create certificates of compliance and approve or verify work orders, schedules, procedures, and related documentation Quarantine and maintain non-conforming materials and products, documenting findings clearly and completely Support line clearances, label review inspections, RMA processing, and complaint or CAPA investigation activities Assist with electronic QMS tickets, document control activities, and maintenance of calibrated and noncalibrated equipment records in the QMS system Use microscopes, tensile testers, and other laboratory tools to complete inspection and verification tasks Communicate quality issues across departments and help redirect focus quickly when priorities change Follow all safety protocols at all times and support other quality-related duties as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply detailed guidelines and requirements from multiple agencies and jurisdictions Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing accuracy or urgency Ability to self-prioritize, stay motivated, and remain focused on required outcomes Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination Ability to work effectively with people across departments and levels of the organization Knowledge of document control and good documentation practices Ability to maintain a professional, courteous, and positive approach in day-to-day work Comfort adapting quickly when priorities shift with little notice Other Requirements Must be able to use typical office equipment including, but not limited to, telephone, fax machine, copier, and computer May be required to lift items up to 15 pounds in weight Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk Prior experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred Familiarity with quality systems, laboratory tools, and regulated documentation practices preferred
