Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure that manufacturing processes and finished products meet strict quality standards, adhere to regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize quality management systems like ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
to perform routine quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends, deviations, or potential issues affecting product quality. Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other advanced measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy. Document inspection results accurately, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to production teams and management. Support compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols, CGMP guidelines, and other relevant quality standards. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing quality control or inspection roles within a regulated environment. Strong knowledge of quality systems such as
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related standards. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of defects. Familiarity with conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to work independently with attention to detail while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in industries such as medical device manufacturing or food safety is a plus.
