Phoenix, Arizona job type: Contract salary: $57 - 70 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop, execute, and monitor project quality plans, field inspection programs, and audits to drive zero critical quality escapes. Oversee site construction quality by conducting routine walks to verify that installations comply with drawings, specifications, and vendor requirements. Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through closure, analyze recurring issues, and maintain project quality dashboards and KPIs. Partner with commissioning and operations teams to validate system testing, drive punch list closures, and ensure turnover acceptance readiness. Collaborate closely with construction managers, design teams, and contractors while escalating quality and milestone risks to leadership.
qualifications:
10+ years of construction quality, QA/QC, or field engineering experience, with at least 5 years supporting data center or mission-critical builds. Proven expertise in managing QA/QC programs, field inspections, technical documentation, NCR tracking, and turnover/commissioning readiness. Comprehensive technical understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP systems, alongside strong stakeholder coordination skills.
