About Electro Technik Industries Electro Technik Industries (ETI) establishes and manages companies that specialize in the design and manufacture of passive electronic components for a broad range of applications. Our subsidiary companies operate as independent manufacturers with their own design, manufacturing, and marketing operations. Together, they complement each other in expertise, application knowledge, capital equipment, and manufacturing capabilities — allowing ETI to channel customer requirements through the best set of resources. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and implement quality assurance programs across our manufacturing operations. This role ensures compliance with ISO9000 standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations while leading inspection activities and managing QC personnel. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ISO9000 certification and audit readiness.
- Serve as liaison between customers and remote manufacturing sites.
- Review contracts and purchase orders for quality clauses and compliance.
- Oversee inspection of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage and lead QC inspectors.
- Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage vendor scorecards.
- Create and submit First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
- Ensure supplier defects are identified and corrected before shipment.
- Maintain SAM registrations and legacy CAGE codes.
- Standardize quality systems across facilities.
- Oversee testing equipment for production and new system expansions. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9000 and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing QC teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to move throughout manufacturing environments.
- Occasional lifting related to inspections.
