Senior Director of Quality | Manufacturing We're hiring a Senior Director of Quality to lead site-wide quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. ???? What You'll Do Lead and enhance QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP) Oversee audits, compliance, and regulatory readiness Drive product & process quality (SPC, FMEA, KPIs) Lead CAPA, 8D, and root cause analysis Reduce defects, scrap, and cost of poor quality Develop and mentor a high-performing quality team Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain ? What You Bring 3+ years of quality leadership experience 5+ years in manufacturing / lab / mineral processing Strong expertise in RCA, CAPA, SPC, Six Sigma Background in engineering, chemistry, or technical field ?? Authority Stop production/shipment for quality risks Ownership of product release, audits, and quality standards High-impact role. Visible leadership. Opportunity to shape quality culture.
