Job duties include:

• Daily responsibility of managing 1-2 Roofing crews.
• Roof inspections and quality control enforcement.
• Subcontractor supervision.
• OSHA compliance enforcement.
• Material ordering.
• Local building department relations and permit application.
• Project management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have 2+ years of field experience in residential roofing.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
