Shift:

M-F 5:30pm-1:30am

A Direct Hire Opportunity Overview:

Responsible for overseeing quality and food safety controls during 2nd shift production, supervising Quality Technicians, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Core Responsibilities:

Supervise daily quality activities and ensure proper setup, standards, labeling, and documentation on production lines Develop, revise, and maintain product specifications and operating standards Participate in audits, material review meetings, and process improvements Generate reports and maintain ingredient specifications and certifications Conduct weekly plant inspections and monitor corrective actions Provide GMP, safety, and quality training to staff Support problem-solving and minimize non-conformance costs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food manufacturing 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and industry standards Basic math skills and flexibility for other shifts Pay will range between $60k-$75k based on title, education, and related industry experience.
