Job Description

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization in the Twin Cities area, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and maintain their Quality Management System (QMS). This role is critical in ensuring products meet strict quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement across operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) , ensuring the QMS is effectively implemented and maintained Develop, implement, and manage quality processes across departments Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with
ISO 9001 / AS9100 / ISO 13485
standards Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods Manage and mentor quality control staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight Maintain all quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records Report quality metrics and audit results to leadership, with actionable recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and manufacturing processes Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-8 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of QMS systems and regulatory standards (ISO / AS) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Midwest Staffing Group & KeyStaff Professionals prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, and any other characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and/or local laws. Pay:
$116,000.00 - $143,000.00 per year
