Overview Join the Mango Mango Dessert Team as a Training Manager! Are you passionate about developing people, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building strong teams? Mango Mango Dessert is looking for a dedicated and energetic Training Manager to lead our franchise training program and ensure every new location is set up for success. Position Summary The Training Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs for franchisees, store managers, and employees. This role ensures operational excellence by maintaining company standards in food quality, customer service, food safety, and daily store operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and hands-on training for new franchisees and store management teams. Develop and update training materials, manuals, SOPs, and instructional videos. Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments and written examinations. Ensure compliance with company operating procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards. Coach trainees on customer service excellence, leadership, labor management, and operational efficiency. Travel to franchise locations to assist with new store openings and provide operational support. Identify training opportunities and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Corporate Management to maintain brand consistency. Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant, café, dessert shop, or hospitality management experience. Previous experience in training, coaching, or employee development. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to travel as needed for franchise openings and training support. Bilingual is a plus.
