Quality Control Manager Location:
Tulsa, Oklahoma Cooperates with:
All Departments Primary Responsibility:
This position is responsible for product quality and customer satisfaction of the complete
MIRATECH
product line, primarily with the Tulsa Operations group.
What You'll Do:
Support the implementation of quality processes for MIRATECH-manufactured products. Conduct inspections and audits of internal products, processes, and systems to monitor quality compliance. Assist with inspections and audits of vendors and suppliers to verify adherence to MIRATECH's quality standards. Review and organize quality assurance documentation, including test reports, specifications, and compliance records. Help verify that products meet regulatory and company standards prior to delivery. Work with production and quality teams to identify potential quality issues and assist in recommending corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and audit activities. Support updates to internal quality standards and procedures. Assist with training team members on quality control procedures and documentation practices. Report quality issues and non-conformities, and help track resolution efforts. Help ensure testing and measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. How to
Qualify:
High school diploma Two-year Technical degree, preferred 5 years of experience in quality control Extensive experience with steel fabrication, welding, and assembly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams Proficient with Microsoft Office What's in it for
