2016 Assure that all CAPA documents are issued, followed up on and completed. Assure that all Level 1 through Level 4 quality procedures and documents are being maintained Oversee in-process or patrol inspection of all processes and assembly lines Oversee the incoming inspection function of parts and whole units Oversee final inspection of all finished goods. Investigation and evaluation of all negative trends. Serve as quality liaison for all supplier quality issues both domestic and international. Auditing/inspection of lift chair suppliers as needed to include International Travel. Responsible for monthly quality reporting highlighting all concerns. Responsible for supervision of the divisional Quality Control Managers. Liaison for Product Liability claims. Other duties as assigned.

SHARED R&D DUTIES

Help with R&D projects as needed. Review of new or revised products. Help in the form of sample testing and validation. Help in preparing products for testing. Requirements Must posse good communication skills Be hands on individual. Must have good math skills Be able to use basic measuring devices as micrometers and calipers. Must be computer literate Must have general Mechanical and Electrical experience Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, sit. Must be able to travel domestically and overseas.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
