Valley Auto Parts is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Old Forge, PA. If you enjoy the automotive industry, working with customers, and helping people find the right parts and solutions for their vehicles, we'd love to hear from you! Position Responsibilities Assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and with parts-related questions Identify and recommend the correct automotive parts and products for customers Use catalogs, electronic parts lookup systems, and other resources to locate parts Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service Create sales invoices, process payments, and handle customer transactions Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory Pull and prepare parts for customer orders Assist with returns, warranties, and core exchanges Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and store Build positive relationships with customers and local repair shops Work as part of a team to ensure customers receive excellent service Qualifications Previous automotive parts or counter-sales experience. Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems Strong customer service and communication skills, must be able to bring new customers to our store.
